droppd is a professional file exchange tool. It lets you create a branded, dedicated space for each client — where both you and your client can share files securely, without anyone needing to create an account.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Your clients receive a link and can upload or download files directly — no registration, no app, no friction. Only you, as the project owner, need a droppd account.

What file types can I share?

droppd supports the most common file types used by professionals: images, documents, PDFs, videos, audio files, archives, and more. A small set of potentially unsafe file types (such as executable files) are blocked for security reasons.

How long are files available?

On the Free plan, projects expire 7 days after creation. On the Pro plan, you can set a custom expiry date — or no expiry at all.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All files are stored on infrastructure located within the European Union. Every upload is integrity-verified before being marked as available. Pro accounts also have access to a full audit trail showing exactly who uploaded or downloaded each file, and when.

What's included in the free plan?

The Free plan includes up to 3 active projects, 5 GB of storage, and core file exchange functionality. White-label branding, custom expiry dates, email notifications, and audit trail are available on the Pro plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely — droppd never stores your card details.
